Senior Coaching Position 2022/23
With over 100 years of history, our family friendly club is seeking the services of a playing or non-playing coach. The successful applicant will be responsible for our 5 senior men's teams, while providing guidance and instruction to the running and future development of our strong 9 junior boys, 2 girls and 2 senior ladies programs. With continual growth coming from our junior and master blaster program

· Ability to develop and lead a coaching group
· Plan, prepare, execute a training, and game awareness programmes to meet the club’s skill development needs
· Focus on skill development across all grades and age groups
· Foster a learning environment for players where they develop technical, tactical, physical and personnel skills to perform under game pressure
· Work with the club committee and other individuals to create a positive club and team culture that encourages playing and non-playing members to
o Challenges themselves
o Take ownership of their skill development
o Respect others
o Be role models for the next generation of players
· Must hold appropriate Cricket Australia coaching accreditation and working with Children’s checks
