With the vaccination rate nearing the minimum 70% first jab a cricket season is looking likely. Hopefully all cricket may be able to commence in early October. The WGCA would like to accommodate a season of one day cricket as well as two-day cricket. Don’t hold back – get vaccinated now and have the basis of your cricket passport.

All clubs are urged to ramp up registrations to be ready for the season's start. Announcements from the State Government on the path to a return to play are expected Sunday September 19th. If all the preparation has been done it will create a smooth transition. Hesitation is understandable but there will be cricket. Being thoroughly organised

will help your kids get out on the park much more quickly.
